Hey Man,
This is going to be a bit harsh, but if you want to get someone who could potentially hire you, to hire you, you have 1 min tops. I needed the wait 30 seconds before I saw any artwork. If I was at work, I would have closed the link. I eventually did close it at 1:55, sorry about that.
I general, I think the modeling is cool, but I couldn't really see it b/c of all the FX going on. This has me confused. Is it a modeling reel or a FX reel? If it's an FX reel, then I think it's cool but since I'm not an FX artist, I can't give you a really good crit.
If it's a reel for modeling, it's not working. For a modeling reel you need to show off the models, not cover them up with FX. Show renders of the high and low res. Show the poly flow on the lo res and show a texture map.
Honestly, for models, most people I know won't even watch a reel, so it's really a waste of your time. Just get a website or blog and put the nice renders up there, so busy game industry people can click through them mad fast.

I think the issue is that it's too involved then. Most of the time people hire for a certain position. If you want the animation job, just show an animation reel. An person who wants and animator you won't care about FX or modeling. A person who wants a modeler won't care about FX or animation, and so on.
I'd make 3 reels then. One for animation, one for modeling (or just send them renders), and an fx one (which your current one feels like to me).
